Dealer not listing phone while booking

Respected sir/madam,

I am customer for Bharat Gas and my custer id 33812, every time when we make call to our dealer for booking [ refilling cylinder ], they did not respond to the call, One can not stop as this service comes under "Emergency Service", Althouth they are having 3 business phones.
