Delay in booked gas delivery

I am Consumer of Bharat Gas in Jhansi "Surya Gas Agency", have booked on 11 Jun but still i have not received my gas cylinder..every time doing complaints..every time they said next day..but now 12 July now...

B'coz they are supplying in marrige party in these days illigally.

Please do something regarding this.
