Bharat Gas
Not giving new gas connection

I am just married & shifted to my rental house in thane east. I enquired for new gas connection in bharat gas agency. Since 7 July I am following up for the same but they are saying that we have stopped for new connection from last 2 months. Even agency does not have any idea as when new connection will issue. Pls someone help on the same.
