Delaying of refilling domestic cylende

I have complain that I booked for refilling of domestic cylinder on date 04/07/08 but till now (24/07/08) I am not getting my cylinder, in the mean while I have remind them several times by attending physically but they are not ready to listen properly. I am facing so much problem so I am requesting to higher authorities of bharat gas to take action.
