Poor quality of accessories being sold and improper behaviour

Of late, the service quality is very very bad and also the behavior of specific people at the Popular Bajaj Service Centre, Koramangla is very bad. Moreover they are selling very very poor quality accessories for high rates.

3-4 months back I got my bike serviced at Popular Bajaj Service Centre, Koramangla and the performance (mileage, pick up etc) of my bike deteriorated badly. I had fixed a helmet lock from there for Rs 275 and a handle grip for something around Rs 75. But the lock did not open at all after 15 days and the handle grip tore in 20 days. This is in spite of the fact that I ride my bike for 2-3 days a week and it is parked at home or office where there is not chance of someone messing with it.

So 15 days back, I went to the same Popular Bajaj Service Centre, Koramangla again and told them the problem about the performance deterioration and also about the quality of accessories they changed last time. I paid around Rs 1600 for the same including the price of another new helmet lock and new handle grip.

To this, one Mr Shivraj gave a verbal guarantee on the handle grip that he would get it replaced if it breaks within one month. But the handle grip broke in 10 days although I had rode the bike for only 2-3 days in between. When I went to get it replaced, Mr Kiran present over there was very blunt and rude to me and at first did not agree to it and then after hesitation he changed that one and kept on saying again and again that they are doing a FAVOUR by getting it changed. His behaviour was also very bad as he was not accepting the poor quality of the accessories attached and kept on saying that you are doing rough handling although I hardly rode the bike during that period and it was parked at home in safety all the time.

The Popular Bajaj Service Centre, Koramangla is just harassing the customers and playing fool with them by selling inferior quality accessories.

I think spreading this word in all the social circles and companies is the only way left to safeguard the interest of customers now so they are not victimized by Popular Bajaj Service Centre, Koramangla.
