Subject :- Not Picking up the telephone (Second Complaint)

Respected Sir / Madam,

We have two connection of Bharat Gas and their Nos. are 10683 in the Name of Harnam Singh and G-1345 in the name of Smt. Leela Devi.

Our Gas Agencies address is Shop No. 9, DDA Market, Hargobind Enclave, Delhi (Near to Krishna Nagar Post Office) and the telephone nos are 011-22376397 & 98 but these people never pick up the phone. I tried both the nos from the last three days but no response. I request you to take a necessary action at your end.
