I have placed two orders one on 24/aug/08 order no-272290 & one on 1/sep/08 order no -273577.Also i had complained about late delivery for both the orders which i have not recieved uptill now. Pls let me know if u r TALK TO US facility is just to decieve customers so atleast I can make arrangements thro other channels.

The above para was mailed by me to the concerened authorities from BPCL but to no response. From this u can see the pathetic situation of general (verry common man) at the mercy of institutional mafia. Ps will some body take strict action.
