21 days limit for booking refilling

This provision for control of misuse is not practical. On the contrary, it is posing problem for bonafied users. Dealer do not even book refill before 21 days of lst delivery date. About week is taken in delivery after booking. Exact delivery date/time is not known and if consumers premises is closed at the time of delivery, this priod may more than week. Phone booking is also difficult due to constant phone busy. One has to go on constasnt redialing otherwise few days lost in just booking on phone. So actual booking for refill is effected after about a month.

It is therefore requested that following may be implemented

1. monitoring yearly consumption. delivery of not more than 17 (365/21) bottles in a year.

or

2. booking for refill any time but delivery only after 21 days of prevous delivery.
