We have a Bharat Gas connection for 2 cylinders in Pune India. The connection was transferred from Gauri Shankar Gas Agency in Karve Road to Jitesh Bharat Gas in Warje area without informing us. Initially, Jitesh Bharat Gas provided us with the home delivery of cylinders. From last year, he has stopped giving us home delivery and asked us to get the connection transferred to Kothrud (my residential area) dealer. Since the initial transfer was not initiated by us, we asked Jitesh to transfer it internally, but he is not ready to do that. On reaching out to the dealers in our area, they need transfer papers from Jitesh Gas, which he is not ready to give since we have lost our original receipt that was provided at the time of booking the original connection, though we have the cylinder book with us with all the entries. This is causing us a lot of trouble and problems. The staff at Jitesh Gas is extremely rude and unco-operative (including the dealer).
I need Help Desperately... some contacts or process to take up with consumer forum.
