Not sending the gas from last 12 days

Sir/Madam

I have booked my LPG gas at Bharat gas on 9th oct at Bharatgas Distributor SATISH & COMPANY, Delhi and My Consumer Number is 32083 .Every I have remind them to send the gas, Every day same answer 'Today'. but the 'Today' is not coming yet. From last 12 days i am waiting for gas.

Please help me out. With out gas from last 5 days we are (Family) suffering from cooking problem.
