Taking Rs.4200/- for new connection and giving no reciept of rupees

I am consumer of Bharat Gas . i m residentof gidderbaha distt. muktsar state punjab. i have purchased a new connection of gas (a cyclinder). But the dealer Preet Gas Aency Gidderbaha has taken Rs. 4200/- without any reciept for a cyclinder. When asked for this they misbehaved and threat us.
