No action on complaint

I m amit leaving in delhi having connection of gas of bharatgas;7661, complained to bharatgas LPG department for misbehaving of agency person and denying for transfering my connection to my nearest distibuter as my current distributer if 20km away from my place.

complaint numbers are;1743278, 1697376, 1697344..
