Dear Sir / Madam,
With reference to our earlier communication towards the subject matter, we would like to inform you that till today we have not yet received any reply from your end what makes us annoyed. We had intimated about the accident by sending a letter to you through courier what you had received on last 02.08.2008 yielding no result. Please also note that a huge amount had been incurred towards the repairing of the said vehicle (Two Wheeler) by us as well as for the medical treatment.
In this situation, we would like to request you once again to please take the necessary action from your end for such accident to protect the interest of the insured.
Please treat this as a REMINDER and do the needful as early as possible.
