Monopolistic practices prevailing through out

I am a bonafide customer of Bharat Gas, bearing subscription #35353 and currently associated with M/s Madam Enterprise, an agency responsible to cater gas supply in Madiwala region of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

I am totally shattered and disappointed by the attitude of the entire crew of Bharat Gas Company, and clueless about where & whom to approach in the organisational hierarchy to get my issues properly and appropraitely addressed and I may get some sort of relief.

The agency, M/s Madam Enterprises, is on the peak of anarchy who have total indifferent, arrogant, altercating attitude if the customer asks for his due like refilling of the cyllinder on timely basis, and the condition of those customers is pathetic if they own a single cyllinder like me.

I had applied for my second cyllinder almost 2 years back, but still there is no trace of my booking, no updates on delivery part despite their confirmation letter of issuance of my cyllinder one and half years back, worst customer care support provided, no one seems accountable for smooth regulation of gas supply, redressal of customer issues, follow ups on the complaints registered, it's a completely fiasco on the part of Bharat Gas Company.

I am loosing my tolerance and patience in this regard, willing to pursue the legal couse of action in oreder to get my overdues and issues addressed, actioned, and justice delivered.
