Lack marketing of domestic cylenders

Dear sir - i want to attract you about working methoed of USHA GASS AGENCEY MAHMUDABAD DISST. SITAPUR (UTTAR PRADESH) INDIA . i book my cylender on date 04-03 (book no 3408). the maneger told me to give dilvery on 09-03 09. but when i go to agency he says that gass is not available if you want at once delvery you must pay 600 rupees per cylender.

sir i am a poor farmer and can not pay this amount on every month per gass cylender.

sir i have no polytical link so plz help me . sir this is an one example if you take action i hope that you get so more.
