DEAR SIR

WE HAVE A GAS CONNECTION NO.11892 WITH PUNSUP GAS SERVICE NEW JAWAHAR NAGAR JALANDHAR IN THE NAME OF SH. SATPAUL AHUJA. THE PERSON WHO BOOKS THE GAS TELEPHONICALLY IS VERY RUDE, HE DOESN'T HAVE THE SENSE HOW TO TALK WITH THE CUSTOMERS IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL FOR THE GAS AGENCY TO APPOINT SUCH TYPE OF PERSONS, HE DOESN'T EVEN LISTEN WHEN WE ARE TALKING ON THE PHONE & PUT DOWN THE RECIEVER WHILE TALKING. I HAVE NOTICE SO MANY TIME SUCH TYPE OF BLUNDER ACT, TO DAY THAT IS 23-10 WHEN HE AGAIN DONE THIS THING I FELT VERY BAD AS USUAL THAT WHY I AM COMPALAING HOPE SO YOU WILL TAKE NECCESSARY ACTION REGARDING THIS.
