Pension Scheme Documents

I Have submitted all documents for pension on 22nd January. So far i have not rceived the scheme certificate when i enquired in your office told that the documents returned to employer on 14th of February. The emploeyer Asst Manager Finance BGML told me that we are not received the documents So i request you to kindly arrange to issue the scheme certificate for pension.
