Non delivery of gas even after 2 weeks

I have booked a gas refill cylinder 2 weeks ago at Mahalaxmi gas agency secunderabad they have not supplied it till today their phone also does not work or it will be busy throughout the day (you can contact on this phone 040-27530737 or 040-27530796) I am trying since last week they are not getting connected

I request you to book a complaint against M/s Mahalaxmi gas agency dealers of bharath gas in secunderabad for theiri poor service
