Delayed refill cylinder delivery

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have booked for a refill cylinder on 27th April Still today the Gas Agency dealer has not delivered the refill cylinder. This being summer holidays for the schools all my sisters and their family have come home and we don't have cooking gas to cook.

This happens every time we book the gas and also the agents speak harshly when we call them to ask on the status.
