I am using the above cell since under 999 advance rental executive plan. I have purchased 8 simcards in the name of “ Khoamatha Traders “on 28-03-08 through

Prem tel, Salem through their sales executive Mr Elayaraja.

The new simcards are

1. 97915-33332 This 4 sims in corporate 249 plan .600 min free M to M

2. 97915-33338

3. 97916-74444

4. 97917-76644

5. 99521-33336 this 4 sims in 999 advance rental plan (cug)

6. 99521-33335

7. 98943-21111

8. 97915-33339

The same date 28-03-08 I gave one letter to change my plan also to corporate 249 plan. I provided a KVB Ltd cheqe no;408844 dt 28-03-08 for rs281/=(for toc charges) Salem Premtel company also issued a receipt for the amount rs 281 by means of receipt no 340796 dt 29-03-08.after that I contact with Mr. Arun kumar (sales manager of Premtel, salem) many times there is no response. Afterthat on 15-04-08 you have changed the plan to New Corporate plan 249 .

After that on 12-05-08.I went to Premtel office and request them to change it ti corporate 249 plan. But upto this time the plan is not changed as per my request. I have filed a request to you on 28-03-08 and I got 4 simcards under that scheme. But you did not change my phone schame only.please immediately change my cell phone scheme to corporate 249 plan (old scheme 600 min free). I am expecting reply for this witin this week. Or else I will take legal action through consumer court.
