Bharathi Gas Agencies of Indane Gas
Forcing to get stove for new connection

Dear Sir,

We had applied for gas connection in Bharathi Gas Agencies, Pattakovil, Salem who is the distributor of Indane gas.

It was sanctioned by Indane gas corporation thru registered post. The letter list out their terms and conditions and also the price list. They never said about the provision of gas stove which is provided by the Indane gas corporation. But we approached the gas agencies for new connection, they have strongly said that new connection will be given only if u get the gas stove from us.

The gas stove which is provided by them is not branded item. Safety is so important then price. f they provided with ISI qlty then we are ready to pay for that. They are forcing us to get what they have.

I don't know its a complusion to get a stove for new connection.

My suggestion is provide the quality stove with ISI mark. We are ready to get it. Kindly consider it and resolve it.
