Connectivity from MP to Karnataka

I am using AirTel Pre-Paid service of Madhyapradesh (Indore) since nine months. My concern is, I am unable to call to the numbers (Land line BSNL) of my home town. i.e. Karnataka, Koppal (Dist.), Kukanoor (08534 STD Code).

I tried with 15~20 Prepaid & Post Numbers of Airtel to the above mentioned area, but it says the message that "NUMBER DOSN'T EXISTS.

When I went to my Home town, i.e in roaming same numbers with this prepaid number connects.

I complained to Customer Care regarding this issue for FIVE times. But non of them given complaint number. They said it comes within 10~15 mins, but still I haven't recieved it.

I went Airtel Service center at Saket of Indore and I also Complained Personally, that was also not turned useful.

Connecting to Pre-Paid Customer service is like getting Dharshan of Lord Venkateswara after half an hour or one hour only we get connected.

This is worst service I never found.

So I am using Idea, which is providing best service.
