Sir.
i just bought a tubewell parts from a retailer. I asked the price & he said me rs 35. The MRP was 50. I bought it. But later i saw that a sticker is pasted on which price is written as 50. I removed it slowly & got that the price is 30. Its not just the matter of 5/10 rupees but is it legal? & its sure that many dealers & retailer are practising this (pasting new price stickers) to get extra revenue. Can it be stopped? Or we'll just notice the actual price at home, breath deeply that we r being betrayed & can do nothing?
are we the rational consumers? Or we pretend that we r highly qualified? If we think: no need to worry about this type of matters when big factors (like "shoe on american president, possibility of re-military take over in pakistan, michael jakson to perform for last time") are in news? Just shame on us.
