On the evening of 31/07/09 around 9:30 pm I happened to be at Sai Services Petrol Pump, Plot No 1, Gururaj Co-Op. Hsg. Soc. Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune-411029. I had demanded to the attendant to fill petrol in my Santro Car of Rs 500. But wile refulling the petrol stock with him had finished and petrol of qty. 7.40 Ltr of Rs 359.42 was filled. After starting my car I noticed that the fuel indicator hasn't moved and is near zero. I argued with the attendant but in vain. This is the second instance with me at this same petrol pump of filling of less fuel than charged.
