CREDIT CARD SWIPED TWICE

Dear Sirs,

I filled LPG auto gas and petrol at the above Bunk at19.06 on 31.07.09 for a total sum of Rs.750/-. I have signed the charge slip only once. However, I find that the unbilled amount against this transaction in my credit card account shows the amount as Rs.1500/-. I suspect that the card has been swiped twice. Hence, I request you to take cognizance of this aspect while billing and claim the amount once only. I would thank you to inform me the correct position and the action taken by you in this regard.
