Gas cylendar timely not delive

I wish to inform you that I have booked my gas cylinder on 04/09. for the consumer no 32623. in the name of VIRENDRA KUMAR GUPTA with the agency Vidya Gas Service. Addresss-Zindpeer Chauraha Disst-Hardoi, pin code -241001, 30 days but I have not recive of my cylinder
