I have an issue with the internet connectivity with BSNL where in the connectivity disconnects every 2 minutes. I called up the customer care and they gave me some number, when i called up that number again they gave me some number, after so many rings i got through an area manager, he was not at all ready to listen to me, he just hung up one, i tried calling again and the Manager did something to his phone because i was getting message saying "the phone is temporarily disconnected. Its been 2 weeks, no one is getting back with any solutions. I am going to disconnect the internet service. A very worst and frustrating customer service i had in my life. GOOD BYE to BSNL internet services.
