REG: Pulse as per plan should be charged after 60 Secons while in actual it is being cherge after 58seconds

Dear sir/Madam,

I have BSNL Pre-paid connection no 9414545636.As per BSNL per pulse rate should be of 60 seconds but in actual it is charged after 58seconds initially then next charged after 60seconds. Also due to change of Handset charged 2Rs. for each time.

This is a common problem for all and I release this from last one year. My average use in month is Rs. 750/-.Due to my job profile & use I have to change SIM card 5-6 times in a single day so i lost 10-12 Rupees Daily.

Please take neccessary action and do needful against BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited).
