Dear sir,

My Self Dheeraj Raikwar airtel no. is 07614081580 In jabalpur Madhya Pradesh.

I am a airtel Broad Band user of Airtel in jabalpur city in Madhya Pradesh India. I am using airtel connection and 15 days before airtel reaches me offering some new plan called airtel BB999 (broad band 999) via their telecaller and in which they offer 1 Mbps speed and 75 GB of data download for which i get the details of that plan so i agreed to migrated my current plan with the new one, but they do not activate my plan for 15 days when i reaches them they told me that they do not have this plan while other users of jabalpur city got that plan and also their plan is activated, i am putting all of my conversation which i had with airtel in this complaint.

This is 16 Feb when i am writing this mail, in you previous mail you said

my issue will be

resolved till 15 Feb . with my reference no 43026628 (about my broadband

plan migration of 999). And i am disappointed that i didn't get any reply

from your side and that is not appreciable when we are talking to airtel, i

just wanted to know when you approaches me (Through your tele caller might be

calling from Bhopal or Indore) regarding your 999 broadband plan and once

she told me that she is going to migrate my plan from 699 to 999, then why

this migration is still pending?

I hope you take this issue Seriously and do the necessary formalities needed

to activate my plan.

Its fine that you don't have an authority to activate my plan, it will be

better if you give me the contact information of the concerned authority who

are distributing this plan to other user of airtel in jabalpur city.

And i find that some of the user of airtel already got this plan and the

services of this plan are also activated. And also i am interested to know

when i requested to activate this plan which your call came to me from your

side.
