Not getting the monthly bill since last one and half yea

Dear Sir,

I am the user of BSNL land line phone no. 0129-2501001, herewith this letter this is to inform you that I am not receiving my monthly telephone bill since last one and half year, for this I had filed two time writen complained also, but they have not taken any action on this.

This is request to you kindly take a quick action, As due to unknown of bill amount and due date we are paying excess amount also even some time telephone was also disconnected.

I will be highly thankful to you, if this problem will resolve as soon as possible.
