Dear Sir,
I had recently visited Air tel Customer care office based in that asking for conversion in scheme from Post Paid to Prepaid but the counter person had declined to take my request stating that their system is down at this moment and will be uploaded only after 12th of Sept' 09.
When I questioned him relating to am I responsible for their networking not working he didnt response and further to my surprise advised me that he could only take my request only after 12th Sept deadline.
I have been an Airtel customer for the last 3 years and this is what I am being paid-back.
