F&F hotline not working since 3 months

I AM A DEALER OF BHARTI AIRTEL (MUMBAI) WITH MOBILE NUMBER 986726705.

I AM GIVEN A DEALERS CARD WHICH IS KNOWN AS A DEMO CARD.

WITH THIS CARD WE GET 3 FAMILY AND FRIENDS NUMBERS TO WHICH WE CAN CALL FREELY.

TO ADD AND EDIT THESE NUMBERS WE HAVE TO CALL ON 123 WHICH IS THE HOTLINE NUMBER.

BUT FROM THE LAST 3 MONTHS THIS HOTLINE NUMBERS IS NOT WORKING AS WELL AS THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THE REASON BEHIND THIS PROBLEM.

SINCE THIS PROBLEM IS BEING FACED BY ALL THE DEALERS OF MUMBAI, ON BEHALF OF THE MASS I DEMAND BHARTI AIRTEL TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST OR FACE LEGAL ACTION FROM NOW.
