Unethical Billing & Harassing Calls

I purchased a Airtel Wireless connection with 999 unlimited plan. However changed to Rs49/month 10paise/KB on the eve of 15th July.

However, since I was under the unlimited plan as on 15 th morning, I dowloaded around 1GB of content.

But Airtel has unethically charged me for that 1GB download at the new rate, even though I was under the old plan at that time & now they are not ready to adjust the amount.

A bill of Rs 300.00 has been made of Rs 2, 500.00.

Also the claims department has been giving harassing calls at the landline number that I gave of one of my relatives in the town.
