i am pasting the details of my complaint below, which i have forwarded to bharati office but no action has been taken. also the policy has lapsed because i have not paid to the fraud agent my next premium. pls advice on to what to do now.:

Dear Sirs,
This is to inform/bring to your kind attention that some activities involving fraudulant purpose in respect of my policy in your company has been made by somebody engaged by the company.
Please note that I have got the following policies from your company Bharati Axa Life Insurance Ahmedabad:
1) 500-1380210 -Aspire Life
2) 500-1509313 -Aspire Life
3) 500-2781085 - Future Confident II (wrongly committed policy in name of funds transfer.)
I would like to mention that two of these policies have been submitted with false documents and I therefore, really surprised as to how can these happen in your esteemed/reputed company. Please note that I had applied for only one policy in July but thereafter have received two more policies and at that time some of your executives had told me that he will transfer my fund from the my earlier policy to new one.
Thus he gave me some information which came to be untrue. When i visited your office i.e Bharati Axa Life Insurance, C.G.Road Branch, Ahmedabad, i was told that funds can be only transferred by filling of a transfer form, which i have never filled in nor signed the same.
I really have lost trust in your company because of this false info/documentation and i really found this when your agent is not available to me since jan -09 after giving him permium in cash.
Please note that this is a serious breach of trust of such high magnitute and I want immediate action in this matter before paying next premium.
I have tried number of times to contact Mr. Anand Parmar but he is avoiding me since Jan-09 so i have to personally visit your kind office at c.g. road, ahmedabad to search for him with no results. Also on reaching the office he called me up on phone for meeting in front of his Sales Manager but he hasn't turned up till now.
Please also note that the premium certificate which i personally collected on 8th April has a date printed on it as 09/04 and which I have collected today i.e. 10th April bears a date printed as 13/04. Can you please explain this? How a receipt shows date of next three days.
In view of the above, please verify the original documents available in the records of your office and confirm at the earliest as to what type of fraudulant activities have been performed by the concerned executives/dealing hand in respect of the above-mentioned three policies.
Please do the needful asap.
