Last april and May there was deduction against VAS automatically from my cellphone of number:-9939382818.I have complained many times to the AIRTEL OFFICE (BRANCH-BISTUPUR, JAMSHEDPUR) and also in customer care. Customer care's feedback was very negative. I am not satisfied from their response. Again money deducted against VAS on 4th june (Rs-50 every time). On 25th june customer care responeded to me that "the VAS deduction will deactivate from today and no refund of money will be given to you". But the VAS deducted again in the month of JULY on 25th at 9:19am.
I am very fade up from your response. Pls do the needful action as soon as possible otherwise I will file a case against your company in consumer court.
