Subject: - received lesser amount.

Yesterday i.e 24 July I went to one of your Retail shops situated in prem nagar, bhadson road, patiala 147004. ph. 0175-5015056. I purchased a bottle of soft drink bottle from the said shop which as per the invoice cost me 47.50 Rs. I gave a 100 Rs. note to the cashier on counter no. 1 and he returned me 52 Rs where as the change due is 52 Rs. and .50 paisa. This is not of question of mere .50 paisa but unfair consumer practise at your end. Kindly rectify it and such things should not take place (reoccur) in future otherwise it will only leave a bad impression on consumer but also make you a party in consumer court.
