Low quality in Construction and other impotant services

Respected Sir,

We had open land in 1142, Shaniwar peth, satara- 415002. We handing over such land for Development to Bhaskar Contractor in satara owned by Mr. subhash Tuljaram Bhaskar, Cell No.9922421892. In consideration he gives us one flat and one Shop. He also taken the coplition certifiacate but he never construct a gate of it and compound wall also. Kindly take on the same point.
