Sub: No action is being taken by GHMC, Circle 7, Khairtabad ACP&DCP to stop and demolish the constructions. &&-- Un-authorised Constructions continued inspite of cancellation of permissions and Court orders not to construct in the joint property by Mr. Daniel & others (Ph. No:9989022911) in H.No:12-2-459/2 Plot NO.A2 AB, Gudimalkapur, Mehdipatnam Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad. since 3 months .&-- Permit cancelled, vide letter No. Lr. 16396/21/03-1, Dated 21-4 issued by (Central zone Commissioner GHMC) to Daniel&others. & Illegal constructions carried out with the support and encouragement of GHMC Circle 7 Khairtabad Officials since last 3 months... Use of Muscle Power and Money Power causing injustice to us and threat to our life-- Request for immediate stoppage of constructions, demolition of structures and action to be taken on dishonest GHMC, Circle 7, Khairtabad, Officials.

1.“ Our written complaint given personally to the Commissioner GHMC, Tank Bund, Hyd. on 20/07 which was endorsed and forwarded to the Addl. Commissioner town planning for appropriate measures also did not lead to any action till this date and the illegal constructions are going on day and night with the help of Money Power and Muscle Power causing injustice to us, irreparable loss and threat to our lives.”
2.""Another written complaint given in person to Central Zone GHMC Commissioner, Khairtabad, Hyd.on 3/08 who has assured to solve the problem but till now no action is taken from GHMC to stop the constructions and demolish the structures which are continued Illegally day and night.""

Request for Immediate stoppage of constructions--Demolition of Illegal structures for 4 1 apartments being constructed by Mr. Daniel & others (Ph. No:9989022911) in Sy. No.: 14, 15, 367, 368, 384, 385, 386&387 in H.No:12-2-459/2 Plot NO.A2 AB, Gudimalkapur, Mehdipatnam, Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad. Building Permissions No.1435/zc/cz/Cir-7, dated 24/03 obtained in Green Channel illegally by suppressing the facts of court litigations and in collusion with GHMC officials of circle 7 were subsequently cancelled, vide letter No. Lr. 16396/21/03-1, Dated 21-4 issued by GHMC to Daniel&others.
Constructions being continued day and night In spite of cancellation of Permissions for building 4 1 apartments and also pending court litigation's. Incidentally in some cases GHMC is also one of the respondent and well aware of all the cases pending before the Courts and also the Partition suit pending in O.S, No.378, CCC Hyderabad where in Mr. Daniel S/O Late G.S.Jayaker (Ph. No:9989022911) is also one of the respondent. Illegal constructions are being carried out inspite of……….
1) Cancellation of Permit No.1435/zc/cz/Cir-7, dated 24/03 obtained in Green Channel illegally by suppressing the facts of court litigation's and in collusion with GHMC officials of circle 7 vide letter No. Lr. 16396/21/03-1, Dated 21-4 issued by GHMC to Daniel&others. (Certified copy obtained under Right To Information Act on 12/07.)
2) Injunction not to alienate the property by Daniel& others (Ph. No:9989022911) still subsisting in the orders given by Chief Judge in X111 Addl. Chief Judge Fast Track Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in I.A. 94/11 in O.S. No. 378, Dt. 04/02.
3) Injunction order not to make any constructions by Mr. Daniel and others (Ph. No:9989022911) in I.A.380 of 2011 in Partition Suit O.S. No.378 of 2008 Dated 27Th June ordered by Chief Judge X111 Addl. Fast Track Court of City Civil Court, Hyderabad which is still in force.
Inspite of all these court orders against the constructions and even though permits are cancelled constructions are going on in total support of GHMC circle 7, Khairtabad officials since the last 3 months.
Sir, I request you to take appropriate steps for immediate stoppage of illegal constructions being carried out by Daniel & others with the use of Muscle Power and Money Power without permissions.
Request to demolish the structures, give police protection to us and strict action to be taken on the dishonest GHMC officials especially the ACP&DCP of Circle 7, Khairtabad GHMC who on repeated complaints and court orders also are not taking any action since the last 3 months and encouraging Un-Authorized constructions causing utmost injustice to us and threat to our lives and give police protection to us as we are being in constant threat.
