I had opened an co-orporate account in SBI, Electronic city branch this month Jan, 09.I received the ATM card & pin after a long waiting... However, when i attempted to withdraw money in ATM, the pin is not working. So, again i applied for a new pin number in the month of Feb, 09. But the worst part is when i checked it in the branch, it seems they have lost that letter or not processed it for the same.
I am sorry to say that, a 200 years old bank has not learned a lessons froms its past experience. " CUSTOMER SERVICE"
