Wooden temple is not yet delivered since 2months after payment

Dear All,

I m a resident in Kandivli (W). My address is : 224/3, Bhagyashali C.H.S., Sector - 2, Charkop Kandivli (W). Near Balaji & Shiv Medical Store. Mumbai - 400067. Two months ago my husband have hired a carpenter for a wardrobe wooden temple and a dressing table. We have paid him the whole amount of Rs.23, 000/- . But the work he did was not proper nor he has delivered the wodden temple nor visited for making dressing table and other corrections in wardrobe.

He had promissed to submit in future dated but still yet failed despite of several visits. His fellow workers say he is out of town or temple is given to some one for finishing etc... or workers are absent on work.

We want to file a complaint against him atleast with this fear he will submit his work properly.
