On 24th Feb, I purchased a 20ltr.microwave (IFB) at a discount price of Rs 8500.But later thought of going for the higher capacity model 25 ltr (discounted price Rs 11000). The price was the same at the other shop (SINGH & SONS).. so the very next day before the service engineer had landed for demo, we took the product (still sealed & unpacked) to get the higher model. But now the shopkeeper was asking Rs11500 and also his behaviour was rude & unceremonious.
I have lodged a complaint against him at IFB site.
