Sir,
I am the holder of the ICICI Bank American Express card no. 3770 402617 76026, valid thru 09/06 to 08/10.
1. many hotels and companies are not accepting the Amex card, and therefore I would like to change this to an ICICI card affiliated to Mastercard or Visa which are more readily accepted.
2. I have also not received credit dard statement for the last two months. The last one received was the transaction details Oct. 2 - Nov. 2.
3. I made a call at the at the tool free no. 1800228100 and spoke to a lady last month but she did not ring me back regarding the change over from Amex to Visa, etc.
Hope you will kindly do the needful. I am ready to meet in person anyonr in charge at Mumbai.
