106 Metal Cot - 1no. & Mattress - 1no
Problem in Cot

1. I purchased the subject material against payment as Cheque No. 021773, drawn on State Bank Of Saurashtra, dt. 4.12.2008 . (Cheque was issued by my company M/s. BEML Limited, Under Ministry Of Defence) from Big Bazaar, Satelite Bus Stop, Bangalore.

2. Received material on 13-12 vide BIG BAZAAR Home Delivery Slip no. 1430 dt. 04-12.

3. Unfortunately the CETER LEGS (Three pieces) for the cot were shorter in lentgth.

4. The unpardonable mistake was immediately pointed to Mr. Yusyf (09341632014), Manager Service over phone.

5. The Service representative, Big Bazaar, Mr. Henry was the responsible for installation of the cot.

6. He tried, failed, went to their store with consulting Mr. Tyusuf, but could not.

7. Meanwhile during fitment, Mr Henry with all his poor knowledge broke one of the vital push piece (damages are visible).

7. Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Henry promised to replace the total cot within a month, as stock was not

8. Regret to inform you that till date no action from Big bazaar. My several follow up failed and made me to lodge the complaint.

9. I want the COT replaced with new within 48 hours failure to which will compele me to take legal action.
