Ills not getting cug plan

Dear sir/madam,

i am Manager Administration and who is responsible for paying all the bills of the group of cug plan on behalf of Bhushan Educational Society of Tadepalligudem- where as i am not at all getting any bills information regarding billed amount of the each individual numbers, so which i could pay your bill at the time of bill payment.

i am not at all satisfied by the way of the coustomer support- so many times i requested to send me the bill details via mail but i am not getting.
