Gas booking problem

I am residing in Vemulawada. dist.karimnagar. Andhar pradesh.505302. I have got gas connection from bhuvanesh wari Indane Gas Service (A dealer of Indane Gas in vemulawada.). The problems are: 1. Booking of gas on date 07-08-007 till 63 days has gone not given me refilling so im suffaring .also distributor of gas mis behavior with me .my Si. no.
