Money order non delivery

Sir,

I sent an MO by speed post from Silchar Head Post Office a sum of One thousand Rupees on June 8, MO number B. 242 (EE844675706IN) to Mr. Lanio, Allahabad Agriculture Institute Deemed Universitiy, Allahabad, Utter Pradesh 211007.

It has not been delivered till today. Please take the necessary action and delivered the same as soon as possible. Or else return the Money to the sender's address immediately. I trusted Indian Postal System. Please do not betray my trust.
