Furnituer not assembelled even after a week

We have purchased the 3 door wardrobe from furniture baazar kalyan metro junction mall

we got the delivery after a week, now the delivery has been done after 7 days, the new problem is that they are unable to arrange the assembling guy for installation. even after long folloups we are getting false commitments
