On Dtd. 16.08.08, i have booked Milestone Suitcase-3Nos with free gift of 1No. Pouch & 1No. Freedom Bag. When I went on Dtd.18.08.08 for getting the suitcase, employee of Big BazaarMr. Jagdish Patel have told me that we have received defective Freedom Bag so pl. collect the same after 2 Days. On dtd24.08.08, I telephoned custmer care (a lady, Anita) have told me that come & collect, When I gone there, the person Mr. Jagdish Patel has told me that still we have not received the Bags. The attendant hs miguide me. Is this a way of business? You are making fool. Its not the matter of money but of service, you guys cheat us. Will I get my stuffin future
