I purchased a Electrolux Refrigerator on 06/09 from Big Bazaar Kharagpur, But after few days it stopped functioning. After repeated complaints there is no action taken. I asked them to pleaz change the fridge or refund my money but all this went into deaf years. I would now be compelled 2 take legal action if action is not taken by them.
