Not delivered my coffee maker Yet

I have purchased an Inalsa coffee maker on 3rd of October from Big Bazaar (Neta G Subhash Place). The person who came to me for demo said that this is defected product so return it to big bazaar. On 6th of October i returned them this coffee maker and they assured me to deliver this at my address with in four working days but now its more than 8 days and still i am waiting for my coffee maker or my money back. They didn't even clarify me what's going on?
